“ The food was delivered within a short period of time, made to perfection!!!! The gentleman I ordered with was professional and exact about taking the order the way it was given. The food was delicious and we were satisfied with every bit of service!!!! Looking forward to ordering from Picasso's again!!!!! ”
“ So first off they got rid of their famous fried dough. I cannot believe this and I'm completely distraught over this! Next, the girl inside was very rude about not having a mask. Sorry I don't wear a mask but you were very rude about it. Told me to go out to my car and call. Was then put on hold. About 6 minutes later this poor girl was bringing the food out, struggled with the door, almost dropped the food. Then she struggled lifting it to the window on my truck. I apologized to her and felt terrible that they made her do it. So getting to the food. It was delicious as usual. Pizza was perfect. Wings were good, but not as hot as they should have been. Hot BBQ flavor was prefect. The cinnamon breadsticks were not very good. ”
“ We ordered for pickup and it originally said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. My mom and I didn’t realize we were so close to the restaurant and got there in about 5-10 minutes. We went inside and let them know we were there early and even though they were clearly busy as it was peak dinner rush, they busted our subs out in about 5 minutes!! While waiting for our subs (that were incredible) we ordered two pepperoni slices and they kindly gave us four for the price of two. The pizza was some of the best I’ve had and so were the subs. Not sure if their sub rolls are homemade, but they were delicious. The extra sauce they gave us for the subs were so good as well, but sure what it was but we were big fans. The pizza wasn’t too greasy, and it was so crunchy. Again, probably the best I’ve had. Also, really great pricing. Will definitely come back!! ”

So I called the Lancaster Picasso Pizza to ask and they were very nice and very helpful. So today I went and got my free pizza! They were very very nice, very pleasant, very accommodating and very polite. It was a really really great experience since I love their pizza! If you’re considering having Pizza, definitely go to Picasso Pizza on Broadway in Lancaster, New York!! ”
